Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and client-focused CRM / Brand Manager who understands brand voice, client psychology, and execution timelines. If strategy + relationship management is your sweet spot, this role is for you.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture client relationships with a proactive approach
  • Understand brand positioning, tone of voice, and ensure consistent communication
  • Act as the bridge between clients and internal creative/production teams
  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns within agreed timelines
  • Prepare briefs, coordinate deliverables, and ensure smooth project flow
  • Track performance metrics and present insights to clients
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an advertising, digital, or creative agency
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy and consumer psychology
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong coordination and execution mindset
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
